Stare at the center for 15 seconds and relax.  Take few deep breaths.

Say out loud, while looking at the center:

I am relaxed and calm

I am positive and peaceful at all times

I am centered and connected with myself

I love myself, respect myself and accept myself fully

I am grateful for my life

I am full of love

Love is who I am

I am safe

I am free

(You may add your own positives, according to what you want)
