We all know, weight loss is possible – we have seen famous people lose weight in rather short periods of time. All you need is two things:

Eat healthy and exercise.

If you follow these 8 steps below– you will lose weight. Guaranteed.

 

  1. Stay away from sugar. You will be surprised how much weight you could lose just staying away from sweets. Look out for the ingredients on the products which you buy at your local store. If you see sugar, fructose or glucose ( anything that ends with “ose”) – put it back on the shelf. No cakes or cookies. You can handle it for a month, at least.
  2. Stay sway from starch: potatoes, rice, wheat and corn. Although, you may have them in very small amounts once in a while ( once a week?), just don’t mix them with protein.
  3. When you eat protein, like lean chicken, meat or fish – eat them with vegetables. Grilled, not fried.
  4. Eat slowly, eat less. The slower you eat, the lesser you eat and the faster you will feel satiated. Imagine yourself meditating on your food, while you eat. Not only will you lose weight (in one month), but you will enjoy your meals a lot more!
  5. Drink plenty of water between your regular meals.  Water will help you wash down toxins and broken down fatty particles. It will also help you reduce your hunger and cravings for unhealthy snacks.
  6. Exercise regularly. Is there anything else to say here? I think it’s clear. Just exercise regularly.
  7. Finally, one of my favorite tools: Visualization. You ought to visualize your slim body – exactly as you want it to look as if you have lost the desired amount of weight.  Excite your mind with the desired images, and it will do anything possible to help you achieve your weight loss goal. Be surprised. Visualization equals materialization.
  8. And lastly, find a way to program your mind with the steps from 1 to 5. Make a recording, consult a certified hypnotist, meditate on your own – do what you must to program your mind with this simple step by step strategy.

NYC Hypnosis for Weight Loss

Everyone knows how to lose weight: you must eat healthy and exercise regularly. Hypnosis can help you eat mindfully, stay away from bad food and crave daily exercise.

Depending on your goals you may  need three to five hypnosis sessions to achieve your weight goal.

All hypnosis sessions are recorded for the client’s personal use, reinforcement and maintenance program.

Session 1: Length – 1,5 hour.  Introduction.

Introduction to hypnosis. Outlining the goals. Hypnotic relaxation and programming of the mind to build healthy eating habits and regular exercise. Visualization of a desired body image and the benefits that will be received from the new healthy lifestyle. Many clients claim they feel more confident dating or getting a desired job or an audition after a session. Session 2 Length – 1 hour. Exercise Motivation.

This plan is introduced to the subconscious mind, the benefits of exercise are shown, increasing the level of motivation in a waking state.

Session 3. Length – 1 hour. Mental Gastric Band. Eat slowly Eat less.

This hypnosis session is designed to help a client develop healthy eating habits. They will be trained to naturally eat slowly and less. They will be conditioned to stay away from fattening, processed foods and sugar. During the session we focus on a suggestion to become a gourmet of food, which is to eat at a slower pace and savor your food as you chew it slowly before swallowing. It is known that your brain releases a chemical signal to your body to feel satiation 20 minutes after you started eating.  The slower you eat, the less you need to sustain life in your body, feel fully satisfied and lose weight. Your stomach will naturally shrink as the days go by and you will begin to require less food to feel satiated. This is very much like getting a gastric band bypass surgery, except that it is all in your mind.

Session 4. Length – 1 hour. Self Esteem and positive self image.

This hypnosis session will help you boost self esteem and confidence. Clients are given ego-strengthening suggestions for confidence and positive thinking. Positive images of the healthy body images and weight loss are reinforced. This hypnosis session can be used to help overcome and cut ties to emotional eating or any addictions to any specific types of food.

Session 5. Length – 1 hour. Reinforcement of healthy eating and exercise.

Hypnosis brings powerful results with repetition. Programming from the previous sessions will be reinforced in the last session for better long-lasting results.

How much do hypnosis sessions cost?

The first questions potential clients ask a clinical hypnotist are: “how much do hypnosis sessions cost” and  “how many sessions are needed to work on an issue?”

Fees of course vary from hypnotist to hypnotist. Experience and location of the practitioner also define the price. Hypnosis in NYC can be fairly expensive. On the average a professional hypnotist in Manhattan with experience of over ten years would charge $200 per hour. It usually takes two hypnosis sessions to work on a specific issue. If it’s per hour basis charge then your first hypnosis session may last anywhere from one hour and forty-five minutes to two hours, which is $350 or $400 per session, in that case a follow up hypnosis session lasts only one hour. So in total you will pay $550 or $600 for your hypnosis treatment.  Some hypnotists charge a flat fee of $250 per hypnosis session, which may last up to two or more hours, depending on a hypnotist.

Smoking cessation sessions normally require one session.  The cost can vary between $250 to $400 per session. If the price is high, that means you get a better location and a more experienced hypnotist.

Hypnosis sessions for weight loss vary from person to person and depend on how much weight a client wants to lose. Most hypnotists in Manhattan charge $250 or $300 per weight loss session and require a commitment to five or six sessions for better results. It is common for a client to pay in advance for the amount of sessions required for weight loss program.

All of these fees are quoted in year of 2012. Fees change with time due to inflation.
