NYC Hypnotist advice on self-hypnosis

In this part of my blog under category ” Hypnosis and my 2013 Yoga Passbook.” I shall document my experience with NYC yoga/dance classes. Aug 1st/2013 (day1) -My first day of yoga was at Exhlale on Central Park West called Exhale Chill. Having taking many yoga classes before, I have to say this one was one of the most  unusual. It was a super slow yoga, where you go over 6-8 postures and just relax on each one of them  for about 5-8 minutes.  My yoga teacher Marcy Tropin was very attentive and personable.  She was connecting with everyone either through her advising touch or something she would say in the beginning of the class or at the end to each student.

If you want to combine yoga and self-hypnosis, this is perfect yoga for you. While resting in comfortable poses, covered with a blanket with your back on the comfortable bolster, lulled into a sooting state of light trance by the beatiful Gregorian chants on the background – you can use your personal mantra or affirmation, simply by repeating it over and over within yourself silently. Learn how design your personal affirmations for self-hypnosis here.
